This policy describes ScoreQuay, published by Trieflow LLC. The app is in development; this page will be checked against the final release before it reaches the App Store.

App data

Imported scores, setlists, metadata, and annotations are stored on your Mac. The app works with copies of imported documents and does not upload your music to Trieflow.

Analytics and advertising

The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics. This product website has no analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.

Website hosting

Our hosting provider processes ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect this website. App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.

Support requests

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Please avoid sending passwords, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information.
